Ricoma: My Main Axis is does not stop at 100 Degrees.

Question: My main axis is off 20°. No matter if I set it back to 100° , turn machine off. It goes back to 120° after a cycle. Anything I can do to fix?

  • Is it loosing it memory when you turn it off? It's designs? Your battery may need to be replaced.
  • Is it stopping at the same exact number every time? The Main Axis Stop Delay parameter may need to be adjusted.

The battery in an embroidery machine maintains the parameters for the machine. It also maintains the memory for the designs.

Warning!!!

Be very carful about adjusting anything in the parameters area.

If you tell the machine that it is a 6 neredle machine it will believe you. If you tell the machine that it has a different motor that what it acturally has it will believe you.

I always talke photos of any screen before adjusting any settings.

  1.  Place your machine in management mode by pressing the top left button.
  2.  Press the EMB PARM button. This should put you in the Embroidery Parameters mode.
  3. You should see, maybe 6 folders which contain the parameters for the machine.
